Despite having a legal degree and supposedly understanding the doctrine of separation of powers and the role of government he is still blinded by the infantile logic of his masters. Datuk, if you do come across this comment, understand this, these 'assets' are not the personal wealth of BN and its cronies. They are held in trust for the rakyat. Therefore, when your masters get voted out in the next GE, these assets will still be held in the name of the government of the day and will still be held in trust for the rakyat. Your argument may hold if we are talking about UMNO owned companies like KUB and the likes. The same cannot apply to GLCs.
