At the outset, we at Loyarburok wish to thank all of you for your support, encouragement, comment, intellectual contributions. As our humble website is drawing much more readers and contributors, we have decided to upgrade our server (yes, we know about the annoying crashes – too much traffic) and give the homepage a face lift because yeah, even we think the aesthetics needs improvement. Our internet engineers have informed us we have to close the site down for 4 days, and since we want to get up and running as quickly as possible, we have decided to proceed with the upgrade immediately.
We expect to be up and running again on 1 June 2009, so please stop by then. We do look forward to your visits and your comments.
(Actually, that explanation up there is rubbish. The truth is that I have to battle this evil ugly slimy alien thingamabob summoned from the depths of some pit of hell by some amateur acolyte who didn’t know what he was doing and is destroying life as we don’t know it in Alpha Quadrant 7 of the 10th dimension. And since he’s supposed to be a rather nasty chap, I need all my loyarburoks to assist me in defeating that great evil. The bit about 1 June 2009 is true though. We expect it to be a 3 1/2 earth day job so they should be back to being outraged at the state of their country and expressing themselves eloquently about it when they get back.)
