Dear Members of KL Bar and Pupil-in-Chambers,
Since the inception of the “fast-track”, we have received many complaints from our KL Bar members. The Civil Court Liaison Committee has initiated this dialogue session to provide our members the opportunity to participate in this session and to discuss relevant issues.
The Dialogue is entitled State of Our Practice with three eminent members of the Bar who have agreed to speak on three interesting sub topics. The dialogue will be moderated by our past president Dato’ Ambiga Sreenevasan and the three speakers are Tommy Thomas, Lim Chee Wee, and Fahri Azzat.
