TI M

Transparency International Malaysia today is the only civil society NGO that is actively involved in advocating a corruption free environment for Malaysia. We are at the forefront of combating corruption and are currently engaging constructively with government agencies with the view to improve governance and integrity. A great deal of our efforts will also benefit the business community as the reduction of corruption will correspondingly reduce costs as well as the risks in doing business here.

In 2003, the United Nations (UN) General Assembly designated December 9 as International Anti-Corruption Day to raise people’s awareness of combating corruption and of the role of the UN Convention against Corruption.

For an early commemoration of the UN International Anti-Corruption Day, Transparency International Malaysia will hold a half-day Workshop and a Dinner Talk by YB Dato’ Sri Idris Jala, CEO of PEMANDU and Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department on:
