As part of its goal to encourage the effective use of strategic litigation to promote constitutionalism and human rights in Malaysia, the Malaysian Centre for Constitutionalism and Human Rights (MCCHR) is co-organising a series of Strategic Litigation Workshops together with the Kuala Lumpur Bar Young Lawyers Committee (KLYLC) for pupils-in-chamber, lawyers and law students starting on 7 July 2012.
Each workshop will focus on different aspects of strategic litigation and it is compulsory for participants to attend all workshops.
