Apparently our Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia sees it fit to send out a circular to institutions of higher learning to request that they advise their students not to take part in the Himpunan Kebangkitan Rakyat KL112 on 12 January 2013.
Is this really something our MOHE should be so concerned about? Why did they take the time to issue this circular?
