Are there really no lawyers willing to defend the Bar Council’s Red Book?

Questioning the inaction of lawyers and the Bar Council with regards to the arrest of lawyers and pupils for distributing the Bar Council’s Red Book. Do lawyers think that the “defending” they have done via e-mails, Facebook, Twitter and releasing press statements is all there is?
